Saltair is seeking a Designer/Draftsperson to join our Sunshine Coast–based design team, focusing on residential modular homes. You’ll use Revit daily and contribute to detailed drawings and schedules that meet NCC and Australian standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years’ Revit experience, housing experience, and a background in residential design. Australian local experience is essential, with strong communication and collaborative skills in a creative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience using Revit.
• Housing experience is essential.
• Residential design or architectural background preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Australian local experience.
• Proficiency in other design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clients to guide design from concept to construction-ready drawings and schedules.
• Produce accurate documentation that complies with the NCC, Australian Standards, and planning requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams for efficient outcomes.
• Coordinate with consultants to support project delivery.
• Contribute to team development and continuously improving design workflows.
