Job summary

3D Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a major three-storey education project in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors and trades, and ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and quality standards.

Lead and supervise site activities, manage safety and productivity, and drive timely completion. Experience in modular construction is highly regarded; opportunity to work with a growing modular builder offering up to AU$165k plus

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Good reading and interpretation of construction drawings, specs and project docs.
• Hands-on leadership to drive site performance.
• Experience with modular or prefabricated construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of a major three-storey education project.
• Supervise and coordinate site activities from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with project plans, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, program and site productivity.
• Coordinate deliveries, installation and construction activities for modular components.
• Maintain safety compliance and quality on site.
• Support the project team through to successful completion and handover.
