Western Power is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Team Leader to establish and lead a new permanent team within our Technology group in Perth. You will drive the modern workplace platform, govern usage, and partner with stakeholders to maximise value from technology investments.

You will manage internal teams and external service providers, ensure secure and reliable workplace technologies, and guide adoption, training and continuous improvement initiatives to support digital ways of

Qualifications

Experience leading and maturing Modern Workplace platforms and services.
Proven track record building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration.
Strong governance, risk and compliance understanding for enterprise platforms.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Modern Workplace team and develop capability to support workplace platforms.
Drive evolution and maturity of the modern workplace environment for productivity and collaboration.
Provide strategic leadership across workplace platforms, ensuring fit-for-purpose, compliant solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology outcomes and platform enhancements.
Oversee performance of internal teams and external providers to meet service levels and value expectations.
Set priorities, drive adoption and training, and manage incidents and risks.
Lead platform health, lifecycle management and budget/planning activities.
