Job summary

Gruntify is seeking a senior mobile engineer to lead the day-to-day execution of its move to Kotlin Multiplatform and to own release management for both iOS and Android apps.

You will mentor the team, enforce governance, and drive the migration plan into daily practice with robust CI, automated tests, and AI-assisted development workflows. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of aligning cross-platform teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kotlin/Android and Swift/iOS, or strong fluency in one with solid experience in the other.
• Experience owning a mobile release pipeline end to end including App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Mentoring engineers through day-to-day work, not only PR reviews.
• Kotlin Multiplatform experience or demonstrated aptitude for it.
• AI-assisted development tooling as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build the first migrated modules to the team standard with tests first, CI gate, and live-app validation.
• Pair iOS and Android engineers on shared-module work to grow Kotlin fluency.
• Enforce governance: hold CI gate, maintain brand/config discipline, review cross-app shared-module changes.
• Own release management for iOS and Android, including end-to-end pipelines and submissions.
• Introduce AI-powered development and testing workflows across mobile repositories.
