Job summary

PIRTEK is seeking a Mobile Service Technician for Coffs Harbour. This hands-on role requires field service delivery, hose replacement, and on-site installation across the Coffs Coast. Training is provided, and travel to customer sites is expected.

Overtime and a 24-hour on-call roster are part of the schedule. Ideal candidates have a fitting/mechanical background or hydraulics experience, strong numeracy and communication skills, and a current manual driver’s license.

Qualifications

Trade/field services experience in Fitting/Mechanical Background and/or Hydraulics.
Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately.
Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.
A strong work ethic and pride in workmanship.
Desire to be a team player and plan priorities.
Flexibility with after-hours availability and 24-hour on-call roster.

Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, accurate field service and supply of fluid transfer solutions.
Provide solutions and build relationships with a varied customer base.
Travel to sites within the Coffs Coast and surrounding areas.
Replace hoses in breakdowns or complete new installations on machinery.
Report to Centre Manager with full product and job training provided.
