Stellar Recruitment is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced MPU Operators for upcoming opportunities across major mine sites throughout the Goldfields and Pilbara regions of Western Australia. These roles offer the opportunity to secure stable, long-term employment with a leading blasting services provider, working consistent rosters that maximise annual hours worked and earning potential.

FIFO across WA mine sites, with lifestyle rosters including 8/6 (days and nights).

Qualifications

• MPU operating experience in mining or blasting environment.
• HR Licence preferred.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
• FIFO-ready and site-based WA availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate Mobile Processing Units (MPUs) safely and efficiently
• Manufacture and deliver bulk explosives to blast locations
• Conduct pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks
• Complete operational documentation and quality records
• Work closely with blasting crews and site teams
• Adhere to all site safety and operational procedures

Previous MPU operating experience within mining
