Job summary

Clark Rubber Hervey Bay is seeking an experienced Pool Technician to join our team and support our mobile pool servicing and maintenance operations across Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the Fraser Coast region.

You will service residential and commercial pools, test water, balance chemicals, inspect and repair pumps and robotic cleaners, and provide professional advice to customers. A company vehicle is provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pool Technician.
• Strong knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule.
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Regular pool servicing and maintenance.
• Water testing and chemical balancing.
• Pool cleaning and equipment checks.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting pool equipment.
• Installation and servicing of pumps, filters, chlorinators and robotic cleaners.
• Maintaining accurate service records.
• Building strong ongoing relationships with customers.
• Promoting additional products and services where appropriate.
• Keeping service vehicle, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
