Qualifications

• Proven mechanical trade qualification with Mobile Plant experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training and safety content.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to obtain Cert IV in Training and Assessment if not held.

Responsabilités

• Deliver training across Caterpillar mobile plant, equipment and systems.
• Identify skills gaps and develop practical training solutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials, learning plans and courses.
• Travel to William Adams branches and customer sites in Victoria and Tasmania to deliver training.
