REGROUP Australia is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Operators for FIFO roles in Mt Isa, Queensland. The positions cover watercart, excavator, grader, loader, and all-round mobil eplant operations on mining sites.

Successful candidates will demonstrate safe practices, strong teamwork, and the ability to adapt across machines. These permanent full-time roles offer a 2:1 roster (days/nights) with FIFO from New Zealand, site-based accommodations, and competitive rates.

This is an opportunity to secure ongoing work with an established mining services company while working across a range of operations and equipment.

We are currently seeking experienced operators across a range of mobile plant, including:

• Watercart Operators
• Excavator Operators
• Grader Operators
• Loader Operators
• All-Round Mobile Plant Operators

Whether you specialise in one machine or are an experienced all-round operator, we want to hear from you.

Project Locations & Rosters

Current opportunities may include:

• FIFO from New Zealand
• 2:1 roster, 1 week of days & 1 week of nights

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience operating mobile plant in a mining environment
• Relevant RII competencies and/or recognised operator tickets
• A valid Driver’s Licence
• A strong commitment to safety and safe operating practices
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A reliable and professional approach to work
• The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
