Job summary

Bingo Industries seeks a Plant Mechanic at our NSW Eastern Creek site. You’ll service, repair and maintain mobile and fixed plant, act on faults from prestart inspections, and respond to breakdowns to maintain uptime.

You’ll coordinate with Operational Leaders and Operators to minimise downtime, while maintaining accurate service records and safety is a priority. Role requires a Heavy Mechanical Trade Certificate and experience with a variety of plant.

Qualifications

• Heavy mechanical trade qualification required.
• Experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance on mobile and fixed plant.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairs and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant.
• Review faults from daily prestart inspections and take action.
• Schedule servicing and respond to breakdowns to maximise uptime.
• Coordinate plant/equipment possession times with Operational Leaders to minimise impact.
• Diagnose and repair plant faults; maintain maintenance records.
• Collaborate with operators to reduce downtime and improve performance.
