Job summary

Mader Group is seeking a Mobile Plant Mechanic for roles across the Hunter Valley, Gunnedah and Mudgee. You will service and maintain heavy mobile mining equipment in both workshop and field settings, with flexible rosters and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology.
• Experience working on heavy mobile plant and mining equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Current manual driver's licence.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining heavy mobile mining equipment.
• Conducting preventative maintenance inspections.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults.
• Responding to breakdowns in workshop and field environments.
• Completing maintenance documentation and safety requirements.
• Working collaboratively within maintenance teams.
