Job summary

Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to work across Yorke Peninsula in Residential Aged Care settings. You will deliver evidence-based therapy programs, focusing on mobility and functional outcomes, with care plan reviews and one-to-one interventions.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to work across RAC and Community settings, and mentorship to support growth in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Conduct mobility and functional programs and care plan reviews.
• Provide one-to-one interventions.
• Contribute to group-based active ageing services.
