Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic in Monto and surrounding areas to support clients in their homes. You will help with daily activities and provide domestic assistance while building meaningful relationships in the community.

The role involves on‑the‑road visits, meal prep, cleaning, laundry, and coordinating transport for appointments. We offer a supportive, not‑for‑profit environment with salary packaging and access to employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work - Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation & laundry and ironing
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
