Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic in Redcliffe and surrounding areas to deliver compassionate in-home support. You will assist clients with daily activities, housekeeping, meal prep, and transport to appointments, helping maintain independence and dignity.

The role is permanent full-time with a pay rate of $34.50 per hour plus super, salary packaging and travel allowances. Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and a suitable vehicle for work.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work – Essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Confidence to satisfy probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting independence and quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients in their homes.
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation and laundry/ironing.
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
