Healthproof is seeking a mobile Occupational Therapist in Western Sydney for a flexible, full-time role. You will deliver home- and community-based therapy, focusing on independence and safe living.

Qualifications

• OT degree required and registered with AHPRA.
• Full Australian work rights and professional indemnity insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients in their homes and communities and design personalised plans.
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy and home mods.
• Manage diverse caseloads across NDIS, aged care, and related needs.
• Collaborate with families, carers, educators and other professionals.
• Provide group and individual therapy programs and document reports.

Education

OT degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
