Job summary

Avina is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Outer Sydney team, supporting participants across Liverpool, Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs. This is a mobile, community-based role, delivering OT in homes, schools and community settings with autonomy and ongoing supervision.

You’ll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborate with families and carers, complete assessments and intervention planning, and help participants build independence toward everyday goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for regular community travel.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills.
• Collaborative, person-centred approach across home, school and community environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional, strengths-based and person-centred Occupational Therapy.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to build independence and work towards meaningful everyday goals.
• Work predominantly across home, school and community environments.
• Collaborate with families, carers and a broader multidisciplinary team.
• Manage your own schedule while remaining connected to your local team.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer learning and professional development.
