Job summary

Avina is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Outer Sydney team, supporting participants across Liverpool, Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs. This mobile, community-based role offers work in homes, schools and everyday environments with autonomy balanced by supervision and peer support.

You’ll deliver functional, strengths-based occupational therapy, complete assessments and help participants build independence, collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy required.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for regular community travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver functional, strengths-based and person-centred Occupational Therapy.
• Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy.
• Support participants to build independence and work towards meaningful everyday goals.
• Work predominantly across home, school and community environments.
• Collaborate with families, carers and a broader multidisciplinary team.
• Manage your own schedule while remaining connected to your local team.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer learning and professional development.
