Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte ltd is seeking a Manual Test Engineer to join as a 6-month contract. The role focuses on QA testing of the Google Navigation System across Android devices, emulators, and vehicle interfaces.

You will execute test cases, log and track defects, and verify fixes while supporting cross-team efforts. Ideal candidates will have strong Android testing skills, familiarity with ADB commands, and the ability to drive/test navigation features in vehicle environments.

Qualifications

• Experience testing native Android applications.
• Ability to write and execute test cases from requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication of progress and issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute test cases and log bugs in the client tool.
• Track progress and verify resolutions of issues.
• Drive vehicles to test the Map navigation system on cars and related hardware.
• Help leadership extract metrics and review/update test cases.
• Test across Android devices, emulators and simulators; use ADB to debug.
