Job summary

Auto & General is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join the Technology testing team. You will own end-to-end testing activities, collaborate with Developers, BAs and Product Owners, and contribute to System, Integration, and Regression testing across releases.

You will plan, design, execute, and report tests, maintain traceability, and drive quality through thorough test design and risk-based testing approaches. A&G supports flexible work options and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst.
• Experience creating test plans, traceability matrices, test cases, execution and reports.
• Experience in Agile environments and continuous delivery.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, XRAY or similar testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, execute, and report tests across System, Integration, Regression, and Production Verification.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done with the team.
• Clarify requirements with stakeholders to ensure testability and completeness.
• Design, script, and execute test cases and maintain traceability to requirements.
• Coordinate with Automation Testers to keep regression suites current.
• Identify and report defects, support resolution and retesting.
• Communicate test progress and product quality clearly.
