Job summary

Glencore Mount Isa Mines is seeking a Coordinator – Mobile Maintenance to support safe and efficient maintenance activities at the Zinc Lead Concentrator in Mount Isa, Queensland. You will coordinate work management processes, equipment and service requests, and planning activities to meet operational requirements.

The role offers opportunities to lead continuous improvement, optimise resources, and work with maintenance personnel, contractors, and stakeholders in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance in industrial/mining environments.
• Valid Manual Australian Driver's Licence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP, Ellipse, K2, BSAFE preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobile equipment requests to support maintenance activities using the K2 Platform.
• Coordinate scaffold service requests and ensure timely delivery using the K2 Platform.
• Manage and monitor maintenance schedules, workflow priorities, and Outlook calendars.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support work management processes with timely data entry and analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate equipment availability, booking status, and maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external maintenance workshops to address issues and support outcomes.
• Assist with workforce planning, including leave management and rostered day-off coverage.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and minimise waste.
• Build positive working relationships across maintenance and operational teams.
