What you’ll actually do

• Lifeguard private and semi-private swim sessions at homes and apartment complex pools - no crowded rec-centre energy.
• Keep water safety front of mind for kids and adults alike.
• Be the lifeguard families trust and remember (no pressure, but also… it’s not that hard when you actually love it).

You’ll need

• Previous experience as a lifeguard.
• An actual passion for the water and keeping people safe.
• Reliable transport - you’ll need to get yourself there.

Certifications required (the non-negotiables — must be current)

• Pool Lifeguard Certificate (e.g. issued by Royal Life Saving Society or equivalent).
• HLTAID011 - First Aid.
• HLTAID009 - CPR.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC) for your state or territory.
