Teachers Mutual Bank Limited is seeking a Mobile Banker to guide members through the home loan journey—from initial conversation to application and approval—with a focus on practical lending expertise and personalised service.

You will build lasting relationships, develop new business in the community and support members in making confident financial decisions within a purpose-led, member-owned bank.

Qualifications

• 12 months’ direct home loan sales experience or equivalent.
• Experience interpreting loan applications and supporting home loan documentation.
• Strong organization, time management and relationship-building skills.
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and ability to work independently in a mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Manage home loan applications accurately from initial conversation to approval notification.
• Identify lending opportunities through member relationships and community connections.
• Meet members via video, phone and face-to-face appointments with clear product information.
• Build effective relationships with members, internal teams and external partners.
• Represent TMBL at events to develop new business opportunities and strengthen community profile.
• Achieve sales and service targets while complying with legislation and risk requirements.
