Job summary
MedCare Solutions Pty Ltd Sydney is seeking a dedicated Mobile Dialysis Unit Coordinator (Registered Nurse, Dialysis) to oversee operations and deliver safe patient care within the mobile unit setting. The role requires current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and extensive dialysis experience with Fresenius 4008/5008 machines, including infection control and vascular access knowledge.

Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration and valid nursing license.
- Bachelor of Nursing with a focus on renal care.
- Extensive dialysis experience with Fresenius machines (4–5+ years).
- Knowledge of fistula/vascular access and infection control.
- Up-to-date police check and immunisations as required.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, safe dialysis care in the mobile unit setting.
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust fluid removal as needed.
- Prepare, monitor, and administer dialysis treatments per protocol.
- Coordinate daily operations, scheduling and staff assignments, and ensure safety compliance.
