Job summary

Dialysis Australia is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver home haemodialysis care across Sydney NSW, including Avalon Beach. You will provide direct dialysis services in patients' homes, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent experience in haemodialysis.
• Australian working rights.
• Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem solving and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients' homes, including individual case management.
• Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
• Deliver education, counseling, and group support aimed at improving patients' health outcomes.
• Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
• Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.

Skills and Experiences:

What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
