About The Role
We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Port Macquarie NSW.
You will:
Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis carein patients’ homes, including individual case management.
Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.
What You'll Need:
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
Australian Working Rights
Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives
Willingness to complete:
Police Check
Working with Children’s Check
Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
