Job summary

CSI Mining Services in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisor to lead a FIFO crew from Perth, covering multiple sites across WA. You will supervise mobile crushing activities, ensure safety, drive productivity, and uphold high equipment standards.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will manage a team of trades and operators, perform pre-starts, inspections, and ensure tasks are allocated daily.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership experience in a mobile crushing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of processes and maintenance practices.
• Hands-on expertise with mobile crushing equipment (Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey).
• Schedule 26.
• Valid C Class Drivers Licence.
• Working at Height and Confined Space tickets (Desirable).
• Nationally recognised ticket: wheel loader operations and Gas Test Atmosphere (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mobile crushing activities to ensure safety, efficiency and targets are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Ensure tasks are supervised and assigned daily to direct reports.
• Lead pre-starts meetings, return-to-work meetings and PSIs.
• Outline clear expectations and hold employees to account for their roles.

The Opportunity

Crushing Services International is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisor on a FIFO roster from Perth, providing services across various locations in Western Australia.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our mobile operations. You will lead a team of dedicated tradesmen and operators, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality output. Your strategic leadership and hands‑on approach will drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

• Supervise and coordinate mobile crushing activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets are met, fostering a committed and cohesive team environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment.

What is required?

• Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a mobile-crushing environment (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge of processes, and maintenance practices.
• In-depth operational and technical expertise with mobile crushing equipment (e.g., Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), including processes and maintenance practices.
• Schedule 26.
• Valid C Class Drivers Licence
• Working at Height and Confined Space Nationally recognised tickets (Desirable)
• National recognised ticket: Conduct wheel loader operations and Gas Test Atmosphere (Desirable)
