Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Customer's Core Network Engineering group in Sydney, NSW. This full-time role involves coordinating network projects, assisting PMs, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

You will help raise POs, track progress, prepare reports, manage risks, and maintain documentation and invoices while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the customer environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure, hardware and software

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of Network projects, including supporting PMs and Platform team with POs, tracking, PTWs, and finances
• Coordinate Mobile Core Network projects and liaise with technical and business stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and teams
• Maintain project documentation, including requirements, plans, and progress reports
• Assign and track tasks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Identify and manage project changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication
• Support resource allocation for projects and monitor risks
• Help resolve technical issues encountered during project execution
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle administrative tasks such as invoices
