Job summary

Cherish Our Health Mobile Physiotherapy is expanding its home-visit service across South-East Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula. We are seeking motivated Community Physiotherapists to join our mobile team, delivering care directly to clients in their homes and local community settings.

This flexible contract role offers autonomy, low administrative burden, and the opportunity to focus on high-quality clinical care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy.
• 12–24 months clinical experience (community or private practice preferred).
• AHPRA registration and professional public liability indemnity insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home-based physiotherapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-focused treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including exercise prescription and manual therapy.
• Provide education to clients and families to promote independence and long-term outcomes.
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation and scheduling updates.
