Ready Steady Rehab is seeking a mobile physiotherapist for contractor work serving clients in the Mornington Peninsula and East Melbourne. You will deliver home-based physiotherapy within Support At Home and NDIS, plus privately funded clients.

Join a small, experienced team with a patient-centered approach. You’ll work autonomously, with flexible hours, across Melbourne’s suburbs. Applicants must hold AHPRA registration, own ABN, car and insurances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Physiotherapist, community experience preferred
• Unlimited AHPRA registration, no practice conditions
• Own ABN, car, indemnity and public liability insurance
• Fully vaccinated with 3 COVID-19 doses
• Current police check/NDIS screen or willingness to apply
• Self-motivated and autonomous
• Ability to manage and grow client base
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care in the home
• Develop personalized exercise programs to improve strength, mobility and balance
• Communicate professionally with patients, families and other providers
• Complete clear, timely documentation of assessments and plans
• Monitor and reassess treatments and adjust as needed

Ready Steady Rehab is growing and looking for passionate physios to support our growing client base. We provide mobile services to clients living in Melbourne under Support At Home and NDIS, as well as privately funded clients.

This is your chance to work with a supportive team and make a significant impact on your clients' lives through home-based services.

Mornington Peninsula (clients are located within 30 minutes of Rosebud)

East Melbourne (clients located within 30 minutes of Ringwood)

If you live outside of these areas please still apply as we are expanding and looking for Physio’s all over Victoria.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 3+ years experience working as a Physiotherapist, community experience preferred
• Fully qualified physiotherapist with unlimited AHPRA registration and no practice conditions

• Fully vaccinated with 3 doses of COVID 19 vaccine

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to patients, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to individual needs
• Develop personalized exercise programs aimed at improving muscle strength, mobility, and balance
• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal outcomes
• Complete clear, accurate, and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Monitor and reassess the effectiveness of treatments, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
