Job summary

Wholesale Appliance Supplies – Bennetts Green NSW is seeking an experienced appliance technician to attend customer homes and complete repairs to a high standard. You will provide professional advice and outstanding service, diagnosing faults and recommending effective solutions.

You will manage job reports, maintain tools and the company vehicle, and follow all electrical, safety and workplace procedures. A Restricted Electrical Workers Licence – Disconnect/Reconnect is required, with

Qualifications

• Technically capable with pride in workmanship.
• Experience in appliance repair, servicing or related technical role.
• Restricted Electrical Workers Licence – Disconnect/Reconnect.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
• Experience across multiple major appliance brands.
• Experience with ovens, cooktops, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers and other domestic appliances.
• Advantage for experience with other major brands and diagnosing faults across brands.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer homes and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
