Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mobility and functional therapy programs in Residential Aged Care.
• Conduct care plan reviews and one-to-one interventions.
• Deliver group-based active ageing services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimise resident outcomes.
