Job summary

Plena Healthcare, a national allied health provider, seeks a Physiotherapist to work across Residential Aged Care and community settings with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based therapy programs focused on mobility and function.

You will deliver one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services, with opportunities for professional development and a mobile role within a dedicated region. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• General AHPRA registration is required.
• Current Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Full Australian working rights on visa/study/work permit.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physiotherapy in Residential Aged Care and across Community settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver mobility and functional programs; review care plans; provide one-to-one and group-based interventions.
