Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to support and secure our national security‑focused infrastructure. You will handle Level 2/3 incidents, administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware, and manage applications using MECM within strict compliance requirements.

You will work in a highly regulated environment, collaborating with security teams to ensure reliable, available services and ongoing professional development in a mission‑critical

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and IAM practices.
• Experience with MECM packaging, deployment, and SOE lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of VMware virtual infrastructure administration and support.
• Experience providing Level 2/3 incident response in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work within structured security and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure, ensuring incident resolution and high availability.
• Administer and optimise Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, and VMware platforms.
• Manage development, packaging, deployment and lifecycle of applications and SOE using MECM.
• Support and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure including HP OneView and GreenLake within security frameworks.
