Job summary

Australia's Insurance Builders – Taren Point NSW is seeking a Minor Works - Project Supervisor to lead smaller-scale construction and maintenance projects. You will oversee delivery, coordinate teams, and manage timelines and budgets to meet high standards of quality and safety.

Based in Sydney's Greater area, you will work from our Sutherland Shire office, attend sites across Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains and NSW South Coast, build client relationships, schedule trades and ensure WHS

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years construction experience.
• Cert IV Building & Construction or carpentry license, or Cert IV in Project Management.
• Extensive knowledge of WHS and the NCC.
• Ability to build/maintain relationships with clients and customers.
• Friendly, proactive, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites across Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains and South Coast of NSW.
• Work out of our office in the Sutherland Shire.
• Prepare reports/scopes and provide accurate pricing.
• Manage multiple small to medium size projects at any given time.
• Liaise with multiple clients and client contacts, establish client relationships.
• Schedule and manage trades (All trade types).
• Complete all WHS requirements – including risk assessments and SWMS.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a supervisory leadership role managing smaller-scale construction and maintenance projects. As a Project Supervisor, you will oversee project delivery, coordinate teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and safety compliance. This role is crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring the efficient delivery of minor works across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Attend sites across Greater Sydney, Blue Mountains and South Coast of NSW
• Work out of our office in the Sutherland Shire
• Prepare reports/scopes and provide accurate pricing
• Manage multiple small to medium size projects at any given time
