Whitehaven Coal is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Maules Creek Mine. You will lead warehousing and inventory functions, ensuring materials availability, accuracy, and reliable supply to support mining operations.

This role operates on a 9 day-fortnight with relocation and temporary accommodation options. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee cycle counts, and manage Pulse MM or SAP systems while building high‑performing teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading warehouse and inventory teams.
• Mining or heavy industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with inventory systems and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop warehouse and inventory teams to deliver safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock control, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure materials are available to support maintenance and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement effective warehousing processes.
• Maintain systems, governance and reporting to optimise inventory costs.
