Job summary

Westgold Resources is seeking a dedicated warehouse professional for a Perth-based role. You will handle freight check-offs, dispatch, and warehouse issues, ensuring accurate stock movements and ERP transactions.

The position offers a 5/2 roster, with home nights, at our Maddington Hub, contributing to a growing major Australian gold operation. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in mining warehousing, a current forklift licence, and familiarity with ERP systems like Pronto.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' warehousing experience in mining.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• Experience with ERP (Pronto) desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills.
• Customer focused; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Freight check off and physical allocation.
• Freight dispatch.
• Warehouse issues.
• Rotables dispatch / receipt for repair.
• Housekeeping.
• Stocktake.
• Receipt of goods in ERP system.
• Return of goods to suppliers for credit.
• Managing employee personal items for collection.
