Job summary

Hahn Electrical Contracting Pty Ltd in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Switchboard & Panel Shop Supervisor to lead our workshop team on a full-time basis. You will oversee switchboard and panel manufacturing, drive safety, and coordinate jobs to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of low-voltage assemblies, and a proven ability to mentor staff. WA licence, clean compliance, and a proactive safety approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in switchboard building and panel wiring.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage switchboards, PLCs, VSDs and MCCs.
• Sound understanding of AS3000 SAA Wiring Rules and WHS.
• Current WA Electrical Workers Licence and Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of switchboard and panel manufacturing.
• Manage workload, allocate tasks and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Promote a positive safety culture and oversee workshop safety.
• Assist in assembly and wiring of switchboards, distribution boards, PLCs, VSDs and MCCs.
• Interpret schematics and layout drawings; ensure quality checks and testing.
• Maintain records and liaise with clients to coordinate delivery timeframes.
• Prepare quotes and manage materials; ensure accurate timesheets and invoices.
