Job summary

EPSA is seeking a talented Surveyor to join our mining and civil construction team in Australia. Reporting to the Senior Surveyor, you will provide survey support to the project, conduct daily volume calculations and create 3D models of mining sites using design software.

This role requires tertiary qualifications in surveying, on-site experience preferred, RPAS handling up to 25kg, and strong technical and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in surveying or equivalent.
• Open cut mining and/or civil construction experience preferred but not necessary.
• RPAS up to 25kgs.
• Current drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide Survey Support to the project.
• Assist the Technical Services Department to meet operational needs.
• Conduct daily volume calculations.
• Complete on-site RPAS drone surveys/scans/photos/incident reporting.
• Create 3D models of mining sites using design software and digital imaging.
• Chart surface areas using GPS/ Drones/ Total Stations.
