Infosys Limited is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert and functional consulting leader with 15+ years in mining & metals to guide domain consultants and business analysts on large digital transformation programs. You will engage with C-suite stakeholders and lead solution blueprints, driving end-to-end mining transformations.

Qualifications

15+ years of relevant experience as a domain/functional consultant or industry practitioner in mining & metals with sufficient technology skills.
Executive presence and ability to interact with C-suite stakeholders; strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Experience across mining value chain: exploration, planning, production, logistics, EHS and mining software tools.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of domain consultants and business analysts on large digital transformation programs as SME or domain leader.
Conduct client workshops and envisioning sessions; co-sell with sales teams; collaborate across Infosys units to deliver cohesive solutions.
Identify AI/GenAI use cases in mining value chain and drive industry solutions and solution blueprint development.
