Mineral Resources Ltd is seeking a proactive Reliability Engineer to maximise performance, availability and lifecycle value of our mining assets based in Osborne Park. You will lead reliability initiatives with Operations, Maintenance and OEM partners to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.

The role requires ~5 years in mining/heavy-industry, a mechanical engineering background and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Around five years’ experience in mining or heavy-industry environment.
• Strong understanding of fleet performance and maintenance priorities.
• Experience with data analysis and reliability reporting.
• Clear communication and ability to lead and collaborate with operational teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive reliability, maintainability and lifecycle performance of assets.
• Lead asset performance analysis and reporting (utilisation, effectiveness, OEE, remaining useful life, cost).
• Develop and improve Asset Maintenance Plans (preventive, predictive, CBM) per OEM requirements and framework.
• Analyze CMMS history, telemetry and oil/fluid data to identify trends and diagnose failures.
• Provide technical reliability support to Operations and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure accurate asset master data, CMMS utilisation and maintenance scheduling for reporting and planning.
• Contribute to Asset Management budgeting, forecasting and procurement.
• Partner with OEMs and engineers to resolve asset issues and support improvements.
• Apply Life Cycle Asset Management and contribute to risk assessments and change management.
• Champion safe, reliable equipment to maximise availability and minimise downtime.
• Lead and support teams in delivering reliability analyses and improvements.
