Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support Nifty Project and Surface Mining operations in Australia. You will collaborate with leaders to drive people initiatives, advise on performance and ER matters, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated HRBP experience in mining/contracting.
• Knowledge of employee relations and industrial frameworks.
• Ability to interpret legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and SuccessFactors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives across projects.
• Provide trusted HR advice on performance, investigations, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with policy, legislation, and industrial frameworks.
• Use HR metrics and HRIS data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, onboarding, mobilisation, retention and planning.
• Lead implementation of people frameworks.
• Champion values and foster an inclusive culture.
