Job summary

Emeco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 2/2 FIFO role at Prominent Hill, South Australia. The role focuses on leading a crew to maintain plant and mobile equipment with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability and cost-effective operations.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate breakdown responses and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ Maintenance Supervisor experience in mining.
• Strong mobile equipment experience across breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs.
• Tech savvy with Microsoft 365 and AMT maintenance systems.
• Strong maintenance and reliability knowledge with a focus on safety.
• Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate your crew and facilities to keep preventative maintenance and breakdowns moving safely, efficiently and cost effectively.
• Be visible, provide leadership, mentoring and support to your team.
• Collaborate with the crew to develop and maintain efficient maintenance practices across site.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure safe work practices.
• Keep maintenance targets on time and on budget without compromising safety or quality.
• Build strong relationships with Emeco customers and key stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.
• Hands-on experience with Liebherr 9350, CAT 993, CAT 785C, CAT 785D, CAT 777F, CAT D10T.
