Job summary

Macmahon is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead mobile maintenance across site in Western Australia. You will coordinate maintenance teams, optimise reliability and safety, and partner with operations, planning and procurement to implement maintenance strategies for the fleet.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading maintenance teams in a mining environment.
Strong understanding of equipment reliability and fleet performance.
Proven leadership ability to coach and develop teams.
Experience managing maintenance resources, budgets and priorities.
Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead mobile maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable and efficient outcomes.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site and company standards.
Deliver maintenance strategies that maximise equipment availability and reliability.
Coordinate planned maintenance, repairs and breakdown response activities.
Manage resources and maintenance activities to achieve production targets.
Develop and support supervisors and maintenance team members.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve maintenance performance and operational results.
Champion continuous improvement across maintenance processes and systems.
