Lead maintenance across a large mobile plant fleet, ensure asset performance and safety, and drive high-performance teamwork to maximise equipment availability and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in mining, civil or heavy industry.
• Experience managing mobile plant fleets and maintenance delivery.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
