Rio Tinto's Gudai-Darri mine in Western Australia is seeking a Manager, Mobile Equipment Maintenance to lead the mobile equipment maintenance team and drive safe, reliable asset performance. You will coach frontline leaders, shape a people-centred maintenance culture and partner with operations, OEMs and support teams to deliver high maintenance outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven ability to coach frontline leaders in safety tools and practices.
Experience leading teams in large-scale operational maintenance.
Strong asset management and maintenance optimisation background.
Experience managing contractors in an operational environment.
Valid C Class manual driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

Foster a safety and performance-focused culture for the mobile equipment maintenance team.
Lead, coach and develop maintenance leaders and team members.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance maintenance efficiency, reliability and safety.
Ensure asset management processes support reliable equipment across the lifecycle.
Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and contractor performance.
