You will assist in due diligence, financial modelling, valuation work, and preparing client materials across live M&A and ECM projects, with close collaboration to senior bankers.

Ideal candidates have an interest in mining, some exposure to M&A advisory or corporate finance, and a background from Big 4 M&A/modelling or corporate advisory.

Qualifications

• M&A Advisory and/or ECM experience is desired.
• Passion for mining is essential.
• Background in Big 4 M&A/Modelling, Corporate Advisory or Investment Banking is preferred.
