Job summary

Anglo American Australia is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for Capcoal Mine in Middlemount, Queensland. This permanent full-time role follows a 7/7 day/night roster and requires a proven safety record and commitment to safe working practices.

You will operate large mining equipment, be a team player, and contribute to meeting production targets while maintaining high safety standards. FIFO or DIDO options, plus housing and camp facilities, are available to support a smooth on-site

Qualifications

• Experience on large mining excavators and dozers - including excavator EX5600s & D10 and D11 dozers.
• Strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a record of working safely and commit to safe working practices.
• Be accountable for actions and output and able to learn new skills.
• Work as part of a team to achieve business objectives and be able to work shift work.
