Evolution Mining is seeking a Mining Engineer – Integrated Planning to develop medium-term mine plans across open pit and underground, shaping safety and production outcomes at Cowal operations. You’ll gain exposure to mine design, scheduling, forecasting, and optimisation.

Based at Cowal Operations in NSW with a 5:2/4:3 roster, hybrid options, you’ll collaborate with geology, geotechnical and planning teams, drive scenario modelling and continuous improvement, and contribute to the broader

• Experience within mine planning, mining studies or technical services environments.
• Mine design and scheduling experience, ideally within a metals mining operation.
• Strong Deswik capability and experience working within planning and scheduling systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
• A genuine interest in continuous improvement, optimisation and technical planning.

As our Mining Engineer – Integrated Planning, you'll work at the centre of operational decision making, developing and optimising medium-term mine plans that influence safety, production and business performance. You'll gain exposure to mine design, scheduling, forecasting, optimisation studies and business improvement initiatives across the full mining value chain.
