Qualifications

• 15+ years of domain/functional consulting or industry practitioner experience in mining & metals.
• Experience in multiple industry functions and underlying software technologies.
• Strong ability to engage with C-suite and business/IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of domain consultants and BAs on large mining/ metals transformation programs.
• Engage with client business and IT, and Infosys teams across solutioning and delivery.
• Drive workshops, co-selling with sales teams, and deliver cohesive technology-led solutions.
• Define business/process models, design use cases, and oversee end-to-end solution delivery.
