Job summary

Razor Labs in Australia seeks a Senior Solution Consultant to drive technical conversations from initial engagement to signed deals in mining. You'll translate failure risks into AI predictions and ROI cases, leading cross-disciplinary teams.

You will travel frequently to client sites across WA, QLD, SA and NSW, working with reliability, instrumentation and operations to deliver measurable KPI outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting, focused on condition monitoring or predictive maintenance in mining.
• Strong hands-on mining background, not purely academic.
• Comfortable with sensors, instrumentation, OT and analytics.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with engineers and operations leaders.
• Willingness to travel to site across WA, QLD, SA and NSW.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with reliability and operations stakeholders to define use cases and data readiness.
• Evaluate sensor coverage and instrumentation gaps, recommending upgrades.
• Own proof-of-value projects end to end, coordinating data science and implementation teams.
• Build and deliver technical proposals, ROI cases, and architecture diagrams.
• Run tailored product demonstrations against customer assets.
• Partner with Account Executives on technical positioning and competitive strategy.
• Produce clean handoff packages and support until KPIs are met.
• Feed market and competitor insights back to Product and Engineering.
